Pressure Transmitter Alarm Controller with Explosion-proof Pressure Transmitter

The pressure transmitter alarm controller connected with explosion-proof pressure transmitters can collect real-time pressure data, perform analysis and processing, and execute linkage control. It is widely applied in scenarios such as fire protection residual pressure monitoring, boiler systems, water treatment, and industrial pipelines. The controller is designed for use with the explosion-proof RTPT series pressure transmitters. The controller is installed in a safe area convenient for observation and routine maintenance. Signals from the transmitters are transmitted to the controller via the RS485 bus. The controller can display the current channel quantity, real-time pressure value of each channel, and statuses including under-pressure alarm, over-pressure alarm and equipment failure. When the pressure exceeds the preset alarm threshold, the controller triggers audible and visual alarms and outputs control signals to promptly alert operators for on-site handling, so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of various safety accidents.
